I absolutely love this place it’s always a 10/10 everything from food, service to the atmosphere. It’s located by some other food carts the atmosphere is cozy cause in the winter they have a tent up that you can sit inside.

Disappointing at best. Had the fennel sausage pizza. Sausage was delicious and the fresh cheese was great. Unfortunately, the pizza was burnt black on one side and terribly under cooked on the other. The guy even looked at it, made a face and gave it to me anyway. They didn't seem to be all that busy for a Saturday night, but maybe it was more than they could handle. I hate to say it, but I won't get pizza from Pyro again. I will buy their local soda, though.

If you are a food cart in a pod with carts like Potato Champion and Chicken & Guns, you really have to have to be on point!

Pyro Pizza is actually insane: they have a whole brick/wood-fired oven in the back of the food cart so you know it's legit. They specialize in personal-sized pizzas so it's pretty great for sharing and trying the different toppings they have to offer. I also have to shout out the drink selection, since their supplier somehow managed to make a clear cola that tastes just like what you'd expect something like Coke or Pepsi to taste like, but with no artificial stuff. We came here after a recommendation from our tour guide, Ana, over at Around Portland tours nearby and were super happy with the results!

I find myself craving this pizza and have been coming a few times a month since I happened upon it. Such a lovely ambiance at the Cartopia food carts and Pyro beckons you to try them with a beautiful wood fired pizza oven and delicious personal pizzas not to mention the craft sodas which are ever changing. They offer free refills on the sodas too which is marvelous. I stay getting the Fennel Sausage Pizza but everything is delicious it truly is choose what sounds best. The pizzas are thin and the dough is well hydrated while still maintaining a great crust.

Service was fast and friendly! I got the pizza with mushrooms and arugula! It was so hot and fresh, perfectly crispy and delicious!

There is also a selection of sodas with refills. I tried the cherry phosphate, the cola, and the sarsaparilla! All of them were delicious!
