My husband and I went here on a Sunday night. We did the 7 course tasting menu. What a fun menu! Every dish was bursting with flavor, so fresh, and the presentation was simply lovely. Nick, our waiter was gracious and the service was impeccable! We can't wait to come back again!

Had the 10 course menu for my boyfriend’s birthday today!
Everything was so delicious. Slightly on the salty side for some things but we love salt. XD (save one that just wasn’t to my taste but the boyfriend didn’t mind - the beef was too salty for me).
Everyone here was so friendly and extremely accommodating. I listed a “no foie gras” note when I made reservations and they made sure to have proper substitutions for me.
The foccacia bread with their butter is to die for. So yummy.
They even had personalized menus for the boyfriend and occasion that we got to take home which I thought was such a nice touch.
We have been to Kann and Le Pigeon in the Portland area and enjoyed our meal just as much (and more in some ways).
I highly recommend Quaintrelle if you’re looking to celebrate something special.

What a great restaurant. We go here when we have something to celebrate. We have probably been 4 or 5 times. It's hard to say what my favorite thing is because the menu is so different each time.
The back patio is lovely. The staff is great. Once it was flooding (sudden torrential downpour) and the waiter carried the elderly guest off her chair and to a new dry area of the back patio. It was very sweet.
The cocktails are almost better than the food (and the food is really good). Worth coming for them alone.

Absolutely stunning. Creative, delicate, refined yet vibrant and modern. Surely one of the finest table in Portland!

Definitely not worth it outside of the focaccia bread. The bread is the best I’ve ever had. With that being said my partner and I did the 7 course tasting menu which took nearly 3 hours to complete. Food is way over salted. You’ll need multiple trips to the bathroom from all the water you’ll need to get the salt off your tongue. Also to note, if you go with a group of folks and 1 person wants to do the tasting menu all folks in the group will be required to do so to “not disturb the flow of the kitchen”. There’s far better places in the city at a fraction of the price that have superior value. If you go, try the bread. Skip the rest.

Very expensive. Be prepared that the 10 course micro-flight menu will set you back $750+. Food was very good and the presentation was artistic. Service is excellent as you would expect. Ambiance suffers as the tables are cramped.

Took a group here, and we were delighted. The service is the best Portland has to offer, the menu is wildly creative, and the interior is gorgeous.
Thank you to Gregory for creating such a wonderful experience for my guests and I!

Waiters harassing guests in the street after they leave because of a 15% tip is unacceptable & the ownership enabling this practice (& not caring!) is worse

Wonderful experience. Fantastic staff with good energy and knowledge of the food and restaurant. We are vegetarian and the food was amazing and the wine was perfectly paired to each dish. It is really refreshing to find a dining experience like this in the city, and now we have a go to when our home chef needs their days off
Vegetarian options: A 7 course meal that changes every few weeks. Just let your wait staff know your vegetarian and they will accommodate with some of the best tasting food in town

Second time here, second time that Quaintrelle showed why it’s the best restaurant in Portland. Each course is better than the last with service to match. Nick was the best server and really added to the experience. Not cheap and definitely a special occasion place, but really excellent meal and experience.
