Very disappointing experience. We went to order during happy hour, and the staff deliberately ignored us until it ended so they could charge full price. There was no one else at the bar, but they kept pretending to be busy. They did the same thing to another customer who was waiting. On top of that, the place was really dirty — tables and counters hadn’t been cleaned at all. Totally unprofessional and dishonest. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Easily the most underrated bar in Portland. This place has the best bartenders in town. Kin and Amy have made some of the best cocktails I’ve treated myself to and they’re so knowledgeable.
Even better that they’re partnered with or owned by sizzle pie next door so you can get a nice slice of pizza or garlic knots to enjoy too.

I quite frequently (like right now) come downtown to go to Quality shortly after noon and 4/5 times it’s not open and I have to walk around for a while or go somewhere else. It’s locked right now and it’s 1:10pm.
EDIT: aaaand two employees just came out to smoke pot across the street. Super cool.
