Que Bacano Restaurant

Talked to the guy about not wanting cilantro in my to go food- he let me know it's mixed in to the beans and I'd be separate. Fine. On the way out, tries to tell me I wouldn't taste it anyway- annoying, whatever, I leave. I get home, open both orders...one has the cilantro beans in there, and the other has them separate *but* the food has a cilantro sauce on top of it. We had two conversations about it! one as I was handed my order. WHY add the sauce? Being dismissed was one thing, but now I don't have anything for dinner. I'm hungry and angry for my $30 something dollars.

Mediocre at best. Lady at the register is rude and short tempered. Waited 45 minutes for the food, only for it to be cold. Food lacks flavor, not really representative of Colombian cuisine. The chorizo on the bandeja paisa was a fried hot dog, definitely not Colombian chorizo. The arroz con pollo lacked flavor. It’s almost insulting to claim to be authentic Colombian. Spend your money and time somewhere else. I can say without a doubt it is by far the worst Colombian restaurant I’ve been to in the US.

Horrible!!! Staring with the service, slow to the extreme. Lady at the counter can not take an order right. The first time we order she missed half of the order than had to make a 30 min long line to re order the rest of the food she missed. Then they forgot the second order had to go back and remind them. The food itself was not Colombian at all. The picada was missing all the good things that make an authentic Colombian picada. Do not go to this place

Everything about my time here was amazing - the music had me dancing in my seat (Grupo Niche was the soundtrack 💯), the decor was warm and fun, the staff was kind and very helpful, and after tasting the food (arroz con pollo, estofado de carne, and Guayaba juice) I want to come back and work my way down the menu. I'll be back for the Lulo juice!

Feels small but has plenty of seating indoors as well as their outside patio. Various options for vegetarian foodies. Clean & lively with their music & colorful ambiance. Went for late dinner on a Sunday & it wasn’t busy. Fast to place our order however time was bit long in receiving food. Wheelchair & kid friendly.. They bus your table. They offer free water station inside, right wall. Definitely a fun new spot. Their yucca & plantain were SO delicious. The small potatoes didn’t have much flavor & tasted a bit off, however they were perfectly sautéd crispy outside, soft inside. The beef could have been better, It was too chewy & felt overly seasoned. The sausage/chicken were cooked to a perfect crisp, still juicy with a rich seasoning.
Ceviche 10/10!!!!! Creamy & savory.
Overall a solid 8.8 flavor wise.

I’m currently in the area for work and have visited this place three times, today unfortunately, I’ve had the worst experience. The service was terrible, and the staff seemed reluctant to take my order. When I started to place my order, they came up with excuses not to make my drink. This is unacceptable.

Best place I've had in years! Only note would be the chorizo for the bandeja Paisa was more hot dog than chorizo flavor wise but everything else yum! The beans were surprisingly good(those are hard to get right)

Colombian food is delicious. But this felt like a bit of an off night. My egg was broken then it seemed to rushed It felt a little oversalted. The arepa wasn't warm.
