Smooth iced mocha. Quick, friendly service. Lots of comfy seating (sofas and amr chairs) plus several tables and long bar area for working on your laptop.. Place is modern, clean and stylish inside. Unusually quiet. It really should have lots more traffic for the location and vibe.I'll be back

I’ve been a regular of Queue for at least 3 years now and always say it’s my favorite coffee shop in the area. The atmosphere is trendy and chill, the coffee is good and the baristas are all amazing. I’ve watched this team evolve over the years and continue to come back even after the changes. One barista I have to call out immediately is Britney. She’s not in the shop as often as she use to be but whenever I am lucky enough to see her behind the counter when I walk in to get my daily coffee, it brightens my day. You always see everyone as excited as I am when they come in and see her as well. This spot is my favorite when the weather is nice and the tables are available on the patio, especially if I have my dog with me which the baristas all know well, especially Britney since she’s known him as a puppy and he LOVES her.All in all, I love this place and will always be a regular here.

I would give this shop 5 stars on the ambiance/atmosphere, quality of products, location, and creativity alone, so that is all very worthy of noting that this a great place in those areas. However, I'm giving this business a 1 star based on service and management. We've been staying in the building that Queue shared a lobby with, and I've become a regular customer purchasing at least once a day. There is one young woman who, for some reason has to look me up and down every time I walk in.After the 3rd or 4th time of being on the receiving end of this behavior by this person (turns out she is the GM), I addressed her as positive criticism, quietly, in front of her at the register. She had excuses why she did that, like because I "had sunglasses on", would apologize but then immediately be deliberately snarky after. Giving very "mean girl", better than thou, straight ugly snobbery.Honestly, my feelings are very hurt that even had happened in the first place. The worst feeling in the world to be involved in or witness, in my opinion, is someone acting like they're better someone. That is how it feels being on the receiving end of someone looking you up and down. After the 3rd or 4th time, that's a pattern, and I had to address it. It's simply hurtful. So that didn't go well, but I paid for my coffees, tipped, and went to the cream and sugar bar to finish dressing my coffees. It was then, the barista who truly has nothing to do with conversation or situation, started up the conversation again with me by way of verbal attack. She escalated the situation when the situation was already OVER. As she continued to completely violate, disregard and disrespect me, also giving "mean girl", "bullying" and self entitlement. I had a couple responses, for she immediately had tried to put on me defense but ultimately wanted the situation (that already ended) to be DONE and move on.But it got to the point where I needed to speak with higher up, the barista told me not to come back and once again, was bullied, unheard and straight attacked. ALL of this was just and highly unacceptable and inappropriate behavior by these girls since the moment I wanted in and was looked up and down, twice that day, before even being able to order my coffee!!I was truly was shocked this girl (the initial one) was the general manager because as a business owner myself, I would have been appalled. I have always felt uncomfortable in every interaction I've had with her.I spoke with the owner, she was very kind, respectful and diplomatic. She did tell me that her GM "is into fashion" and that's "she has done that to her before, but she didn't take it personal because she knew her/knew that about her". This made sense to me as to of why she would look me (a customer, a stranger) up and down like that I GUESS, but that even solidified my feelings about being treated like this, as a customer even more.I'm 37 years old, visiting PDX with my toddler and special needs Aunt, because my father passed away, and the LAST thing I wanted to deal with was "getting judged by my outfit" at a coffee shop in the lobby where we are staying by the obviously very inexperienced, very young general manager. Getting looked at up and down up and down with NO smile when I just want a fkn cup of coffee.End of story is, the quality of customer service I've experienced here many times, only when these two girls are working is disgusting. If you truly want to experience what a pretentious snob of PDX is like, visit Queue coffee shop when the GM and her barista are working. It's next level, and I'm from Boulder, Colorado. Home of the pretentious snobs.I wanted this situation to ultimately be resolved, that is why I reached out to the owner. But, turns out I gladly, and sadly, won't be going back there ever again. Nobody should be rewarded for being rude, unprofessional, judgmental or for bullying. Period.

The espresso and coffee are both okay... But $4 for a plain espresso and $3.50 for an 8oz cup of regular drip is a BIT much. Starbucks, who everyone I think would agree aren't the cheapest themselves, beat these prices by about $1... And the decor is quite stale, a very "hospital setting" feel... 3/5 because of the service.

Got a Rose City Latte and a muffin here! Both were great :) The latte had a shot of what tasted like floral essence ? which was so good.

Service could have been a little faster, but I was just chilling today with my cousin and friend. The chagaccino was interesting.I wouldn't seek out this spot solely for the purposes of having coffee from them tho.

Parking: Busy area so parking can be a hit or miss. Chances are you will need to park a few blocks away.
