The best! Their bone broth (shiro) ramen is to die for good. And the ladies behind the counter are fantastic! Only complaint is that the portions should be twice as big, but in terms of taste, flavor, and the way it is suppose to be this place gets it right!
Edit: A year later and this place has really turned itself around. They've started using fresh noodles, the broth is now complex and delicious, and their prices are no longer ridiculous in the Portland cart scene. I'm not sure you can get a better ramen with the same convenience for under $10.
This is a great ramen place! I got the spicy tonkatsu ramen and it have been one of the best I’ve had in the states! I strongly recommend to you to taste the meat ramens instead of other things.
