I ordered a gender reveal cheese cake for my twin pregnancy, they were able to accommodate the as little sugar as possible since the father has diabetes and I have gestational diabetes. It was done perfectly in my opinion and takes like coconut and hazelnut to me, but they have other flavor options, I just told them to surprise me.
