The manger here has definitely got a power trip. As a fishing guide every March and April i recommend my clients to stay here and then I can just pick them up on the dock behind the hotel. Sounds great. Been doing this for years. Now the manger has a problem with it. What is the big deal? They pay to stay at the hotel they should be allowed to use the dock with out hassle.
Well I will Not recommend any of my clients to stay here and I will let all the fishing guides that have clients stay here. Let them know what a power trip This manager's haa from now on We will just have him drive down to the marina.. Plenty of other hotels that love us sending them clients, and encourage them to go fishing instead of hassling them about using their dock.. I do this at multiple docks up-and-down the river. This is the only one that gives me a problem. Stay away

I attended a conference at this hotel. The hotel rooms and conference rooms were standard, nothing extra or interesting. There is a nice overlook on the water outside. The food was pretty standard as well. There was a lot of walking within the hotel, it was not very user-friendly. Service was very good. The location was not ideal. It's not within walking distance of anything interesting. It's sort of like being in the middle of a strip mall parking lot or off of a highway exit. So, if you don't have a car, and you want to do something besides stay in the hotel, you will have to take a rideshare.

There was a trucker there yesterday (4/22) who was there to stay due to exhaustion and the lady at the desk was outrageously rude to him. I mean over the top rude. She screwed him around about a room for a while she made him wait only to tell him very rudely “we are booked.”
That woman was TERRIBLE! She should be fired. Who does she think she gets her goods from?
The rooms are always clean. There is a light smell of dog urine in the hallways due to the allowance of pets. If you are traveling with pets this is the best option in my opinion 5 stars. The scenery I’d great being located directly in the river. Some rooms offer views of the river from the balconies. The bar serves good quality drinks; I enjoy their pitchers. The restaurant has quality food if looking to stay at the hotel.
The toilet seat looked so old..... other than that....nice view.

Not a place I would recommend. Very dirty and loud people . Old fashion fixtures and out of date decor.
Great beds. Mic drop.
The hotel is constantly under construction and the neighborhood surrounding the hotel is filled with homeless camps that makes the entire area super sketchy
Great room. Spacious. Balcony was great with two chairs overlooking the river. But be mindful it's close to the airport with airplanes driving by so if you're a light sleeper probably not the best idea
