Our pizza was very good, but this site (NE Portland) was pretty run down and shabby. Staff were UNenthusiastic and looked exhausted.

Big Giant Shout out for ZACK who served us in the bar area, he made us feel welcome, helped with picking out a really tasty burger, and his overall demeanor just truly brightened my day. Even when there was a slight oops from the kitchen he made me giggle while he fixed it. Thanks Zack! Will definitely be requesting your section next time.

They sold us burgers with undercooked chicken, which is outrageous. You can get a serious food poisoning like salmonella from it
Very considerate of allergy and quick with the service.
I ordered a chicken sandwich, but the chicken was undercooked and raw inside. Very disappointing.

We sat in the bar area for dinner. The service was really good. The burgers were cooked perfectly, nice and pink. We liked the Mad Lover Burger and the new Backyard BBQ burger with bacon and pulled pork. I had my burger with the lettuce wrapped in stead of a bun.

Stood at the host stand for a solid 10 minutes before anyone came over. It was not busy at all. When I finally got seated my drink had what seemed to be mold on the inside of my cup. Terrible service and very overpriced menu.

Chronically understaffed. Even with half the restaurant empty, they had a 30 minute wait two days in a row: “sorry, we only have one server.”

It was very disappointing.
We got charged $17.00 for a small hamburger, $3.00 for the fries that came with the hamburger, and $4.00 for a sprite.
The burger was not that good, and the prices are ridiculous.
