Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Montreal Red Robin was cooked pretty well properly. They was over easy. It came sunny site up, ordered the parmesan garlic broccoli for a side period broccoli was way overcooked and the flavor was well dull. Unlike their normal steamed broccoli, this was mushy and not pleasant. The garlic flavor was well hidden, and of course as usual. There was no salt on anything. True to Red Robin The staff was friendly. Everybody was professional. The restaurant was clean. Ensure I would go back if I was stuck in downtown Portland and didn't have any other choices.

I was so upset just walking in to the restaurant I didn’t even eat what I ordered! 5pm on the back side of the restaurant where we had to park. Human zombies doing drugs, the smell was overwhelming. This wasn’t all of the riffraff either. It felt like we were surrounded in the parking lot! We have a 6 month old baby and we were meeting family with other children. Going to Red Robin was always a family place.
I won’t ever be returning to the down town location!

The food was good buy service was very slow considering they had a few sections closed. Im not sure if they were short staffed, had new hires, or what, but they forgot to provide napkins or silverware until we asked. After the food came out they ignored us, literally. My table sat for well over 30 minutes trying to flag someone down. The staff would even look at us trying to get service and move on. It seemed to be an issue with every table though based on how other customers looked.

The food was horrible. They allow employees to smoke in front of the building and it smelled disgusting.

Went here before a Blazer game with my son and the food and service were great!

Worst Red Robin location I have ever been to. Food was decent, but took forever to be seated at 3pm. I get if under staffed, but took forever to do anything. The table next to us paid our bill instead of theirs based on the digital bill on screen. Then it took 20 minutes just for them to correct ours and get our change! For as difficult as they made it, you would think they would discount our bill or even provide meal on the house.

Came in during the weekend when the annual comic con was in town. My waitress was Maisie. She did not bring me a menu, drink, utensils, or napkins. I had to bug several employees and they still forgot. My waitress and I make eye contact several times but she never came to my table. She only checked in on the tables that had multiple guests. Last time I saw her is when she disappeared into the kitchen looking for a utensil. Spoke to manager about it and his response was horrible. The staff should know by now what happens when a convention is in town. Especially when they are next to a convention center! The tables next to me were left dirty for a long period of time while guests were waiting to be seated. And when people finally did sit down, they left

Our server Darrius was amazing and so attentive and made us feel very welcome. It was busy, but he still managed to check in on us multiple times and grab refills . 10/10, give this adorable man a raise!

They are open for lunch. Not busy. No host at the station. Go to bar to order food, they cant just take my order. They go in back to find host (???). Went down the street and got food. Wont be returning. You are open or your not.
