Went to Red Robin Hollywood restaurant Monday night. waiter was Jessie and he was horrible. After he brought us our dinner, (I had burger and onion rings and hubby had burger and bottomless fries and soda). the waiter LEFT OUR FOOD & NEVER CAME BACK till it was time to pay the bill.
NO refill on fries or soda. NO dipping sauce on the Hard Nasty onion rings and No napkins to wipe up drips from burgers. the waiter was horrible and the place was not even very busy. We complained...read full review
