Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I used to love Red Robin. Been going since I was a kid, so almost 30 years.
Current RR is not remotely the place I have all those fond memories of... The decor is becoming political (why??!) and completely random without the fun thoughtfulness. The wait staff was nice... but the food has taken a deep dive towards gross.
I have always gotten the Burnin' Love Burger whenever it was an available offering, and this time I was super disappointed. It was SO bland. No spice at all, barely any flavor, and the flavor I could sense was a grossly bready bun. Even the fried jalapeno was flavorless and spice-free which is almost impressive.
The fries and onion rings are still good, but nothing special.
Final note is that the bathrooms were not pleasant. The bathroom sinks are quite cramped to use and most things are not touch-free.

Went there tonight. The food was cold and the food was not good and the manager was going to take 25% off of the party of everybody and he didnot a friendly place at all after me and my daughter spoke with management. Because it was my grandson's birthday. Party we, my daughter took him away from the table. So nobody would hear what was going on and then 10 minutes later, he sent the waitress over and started talking, really loud about what was going on. She's like you guys ate all the food. Why didn't you say anything well? She disappeared for like an hour. We didn't see her. So it wasn't a good place.I'll never go back

THE STAFF WAS GREAT! For bringing two kids both under 3 years old, we had a great experience. The staff was extremely patient and helpful. The service was super quick! The other people in the restaurant were so kind! Multiple people were complimenting our boys. It was so nice to go out and have other people enjoy the presents of our wild kids. Really really appreciate the older couple we sat by, and the man that gave our boys a silver dollar. What a special treat that was for boys to experience kindness like that.

The meal was somewhat decent my family and I came to the restaurant for my mother’s birthday. Instantly when we walked in we greeted upon the receptionist questioning us whether we would like to go or dine in we responded dine in he said the tables weren’t clean. We waited for 20 minutes and no sign so we asked the bartender to seat us and he was graceful enough to do so. We waited for another 20 minutes for our food and finally we received it in TO GO BOXES the receptionist placed it on the table and left, we asked him that we ordered for dine in but he quickly denied and attempted to feud with us. We were just sitting there unpacking our food and eating not a single check-in or ask for condiments nothing and the most obnoxious thing was that we had to throw away our boxes the bill was 70 dollars, this was the most horrible experience and my mother wasn’t pleased. The food was mediocre but wouldn’t recommend!

Went there on 1/18/25 for my cousins girlfriends birthday. Our friend got there and reserved a table, but since the other part of the party wasn’t there our table was given away to another party. There was a wreck that was the hold up. So we had to wait an additional 10+ min even though our friend was there first. Then we get seated, waiter comes over asks us what we wanted to drink, didn’t take it down and couldn’t remember. Asked us 3+ more times, then forgot my drink completely. Then when asking for the food past, he asked us about 4times on what we were having because he was not able to remember nor was he jotting it down… food took forever, French fries took forever. My meals fries were cold, my blta I couldn’t eat; so THANKFULLY the gm came over and let me get something different. I spent 38$ I gave him a 4$ tip because I felt that’s all he deserved. I will be back over in that area and I hope to be able to give Mike the assistant manager a gift of some sort, because HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. Maybe being a waiter isn’t for the guy who was our server last night. Thank you Mike.

Service was phenomenal! It was the best burger I’ve ever had at a Red Robin. The atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable and our server was very personable and patient as we ordered our food. I got the back on cheese burger a s a double patty burger and it was truly delicious. Amy was friendly, prompt. Polite and made usblqugh and have a good time. Thank you to the cooks, our server Amy and the assistant manager truly made our experience a great one and I would highly recommend this Red Robin to everyone who wants a great burger and atmosphere.

We ordered three meals and an appetizer for pick up last night and firstly, my mother went to pick it up and it wasn't ready when it was meant to be, she called and they said they'd be right out, it took 14mins before my mother called again to see where they were with the food. I Ordered the cheesy bacon fondue burger and the amount of fondue I was given was laughable. It was completely at the bottom of the container so I couldn't really dunk my burger. Our appetizer was the chips and queso, but once again was given barely enough for a handful of chips let alone as an appetizer which is meant to be shared. We also didn't get any of the red robin season packets for our fries. After spending almost $65, we were left extremely disappointed.

Went in to have lunch and my husband used the restroom. While he was in there an employee finished using the bathroom and left without washing their hands. He complained and we left.
