Stopped for a quick lunch with my mom while shopping and from the hostess to our waiters, I was blown away by their service. The kind friendly service surpassed some of the fanciest restaurants I’ve been to. We were impressed. Working in service in 2024 is not easy, so I applaud all of you. Thank you!

Every 3 months I meet my cousins at Washington Square Red Robin for lunch

The last three times I've been here i was served raw hamburgers. Why do you have a no pink option if the dang burger comes out all pink every dang time. My wife and I had our first date at red robin almost 20 years ago, it's where we go on our anniversary, and once or twice a month for date nights, and now we have to find a new restaurant cause I can't get a cooked burger to save my life. So no more throwing my money away on raw food that could kill me. Compliments to your chef, they are officially terrible cooks and your gonna kill someone someday if you cook chicken the same way.

Also, Red Robin as an entire organization has went downhill.
I'm sure that this company will soon have to close if it continues with its decline in quality.
If the incompetent representation of management continues, nobody is gonna want to come anymore. There was nobody in the front of the restaurant when we arrived and we had to wait 10 minutes before being sat. The food sucked. Management was super weird and awkward and couldn't resolve the issue with my poorly cooked food.

Willam was our server on Tuesday Feb 4th. He was very attentive and kind.
Red Robin is a good place to go when you are hungry and have teenagers who have a bottomless pit that needs to be filled. The endless fry’s are always good and the bottomless options available are great for even the picky eaters.
There are options for everyone, in all price ranges.
Family friendly and sports are on every screen around the restaurant and bar.

Food tasted good, but the burgers are really small now, and the fries are real , greasy, and lots of salt. The service was great.

There was a misunderstanding between us when ordering the food, and the food I ordered didn't come out, but I received a sufficient apology, and they promised to compensate me for the food I didn't receive next time I visit this restaurant. I don't know when I will visit this restaurant again, and even if the compensation period passes and I can't receive the food anymore, it's okay... I'm still grateful that they apologized to me and were kind to me.
