Came in not knowing what to get. The guy told me what's good and i ordered it. He wasn't wrong. The spicy Ivan but not spicy with a pineapple and jalapeño bagel sandwich was phenomenal. It had the right amount of zing and the ham was piled on good.

Went in just to get a coffee but the aroma of their food was so thick it had me in a trace, and any place that has a display of Camus books deserves 5 stars
Best bagel sandwich spot! Great food, tea selection & friendly service. You can add veggies & hot sauce to your sandwich which made it another level.

Legitimately the best brewed cup of coffee I've had in Portland. The bagel sammies were piping HOT and delicious, albeit a little bit messy. Enjoyed the charm and vibes, watched the employee interact with the 'regulars' and everyone seemed to adore them and the shop.

A lovely neighborhood cafe. I enjoyed my double espresso and sandwich. It looked like there were great bagel breakfast sandwiches too.
I didn't try any food, but I did have coffee and it was tasty. The guy working was very sweet and accommodating. Why wait in a line across the street, nudge nudge, when you can support this business and the kind people who work there? Just a thought.
