Lovely classic family Chinese. Not fancy but you don’t want it to be.

You will (almost) never get your food! The picture speaks for itself.
They were accepting orders online but the restaurant is closed and locked with no lights on when I tried to pick it up.

The price and quantity of food is the best. Appetizer, and 3 complete meals for less than 50 dollars

It's definitely a dive, but thia is the place for late night American-style Chinese. My man and I were super hungry and kinda forgot to eat dinner. There was nowhere else really open nearby that wasn't a bar, so we went here. He got ginger mushroom beef and I got a combo plate with fried shrimp ?, pork lo mein and egg foo young. Pretty damn tasty. Egg foo young and shrimp were *chef's kiss*. The lo mein didn't have much taste honestly, but it was much better cold the next morning. Would go again!

Never been so disgusted. We spent 80 dollars on delivering food because I used to love this place many years ago BUT I took 1 bite of white rice (in its own container) and it tasted so rotten I spit it out immediately! Every item was either, slimy, chewy, or sour! It made my whole house smell and lingered for quite a while after I took it all out and threw it in the trash next door by the businesses because it was nauseating!
Ming’s Lounge has some of the best night life in Portland.

Looks like a dive bar, but OMG the food is phenomenal. I highly recommend the Singapore Noodles. Just amazing food and a cozy relaxed atmosphere. Check them out. The owner is a great guy. So is his wonderful wife.
