This place is wonderful! It was my second time there, brought my sister and brother in law for a special occasion. The food is so unique, each course was delicious and interesting. The service is attentive, the wine pairing was great and really enhance each course. We got cocktails which were great too. They were also very able to accommodate dietary needs, I know there are certain ones they can't, but ours were no issue which is really exciting when a tasting menu can accommodate....

Had a great experience at Republica. Innovative cocktails. We started with the tuna tartare, the hamachi tlayuda and one of the maiz preparations that I, unfortunately, don't remember.
