The food was incredible. We all did the chef's tasting menu and were really pleased. Each course was presented beautifully and we left feeling full and very satisfied. The wait staff gave us history of the food as it was presented which made for a wonderful experience. The ambience is beautiful and a full bar for those who want cocktails was available.
What a lovely experience with excellent food, wonderful wine, lovely decor and attentive service! We especially loved the short ribs served with the homemade tortillas (made from carefully sourced corn varietals!) The portion size of the dishes was generous which made trying and sharing dishes delightful.
The restaurant was clean and not too busy, but that may be because I booked a pretty late reservation. Regardless, it was why I booked late anyhow, so it worked out. I arrived about 10 minutes early, so they had me in the waiting area. It was actually nice to see the entrance of the kitchen and how busy and bustling it was compared to the vibe outside.
