Richard's restaurant in Portland has not been updated since the '80s! It's not the best, but it's all the town has as far as family food. It's kind of gross! You would think a Indiana restaurant could at least cook a tenderloin, but no it's hard as a rock.

Very nice home style restaurant. The chicken is amazing. Very nice wait staff. Since there aren’t many good restaurants left, expect a wait for good, wholesome food served by good people. This isn’t a chain restaurant that microwaves everything. If that’s your style then Richard’s isn’t for you.

Was told 8pc fish only was $15.99, not once but twice. called back ordered it plus Fry's for $2.50 picked up and order should have been around $20. but was charged $32.62 called them and manager was sorry that's the price. Well charge what you tell your customers and train your employees better. Start eating the fish and it was very crunchy and over cooked with more batter then fish. very small PC's of fish with barely any meat.VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️☹️☹️☹️ 😔😔😔😔☹️☹️😔

Terrible decor, Carpet is worn through, Cannot cook a tenderloin worth a crap, forgets to put cheese on a cheeseburger then just takes it back to the kitchen and cold salad bar cheese on top of it and brings it back out to you and doesn't understand why you are upset. Don't waste your time and money the place is when it's last leg. Horrifying

I just love the Patrons, down to Earth , friendly but not in that fake or annoying way, they will let you know if someone else has products for a cheaper price, because they genuinly care. They also know that it's expensive these days, now tell me where else are you going to find that level of service, that's not a close friend or something similar, right ? I have to add , there was a Guy who always bugs me for a hand out, I must have made a look or something else, because as I was going to leave, that same patron said hang on, got ahead of me and told the guy and I quote leave now and I don't even want to see it again am I clear ____! And the fella apologized and just turned and left And she say's after him, and he stopped looking straight at me and said , I am sorry I won't bother you anymore, then waited for her to give he leave she nods he thanks her then quietly walks away. I'm floored never had I seen that level of service and he respected her, this is one of those guy's who tells, screams is annoying just to be annoying and he's usually just gets worse if you say anything close to that, respect lady mad skills set now that people is service !
Don't use atm unless your prepared to be ripped off. Employees fill the atm and don't own up to the mistakes once atm gives out wrong amounts. Staff unprofessional yelling at people in parking lot. Multiple smoke breaks ext.
