That workers there are very nice every time I come to their store they are always willing to help me if I need anything offering me something to drink and checking machines to see if they're full or if there was weightless and making sure that was on it I have a very good experience every time I come into Richard deli keep up the good work

So Neal has always done a great job on getting me my 3 or 4 beers without an attitude. Also he was good to go on the New Port cigs I needed. The bagels and Hot dogs were good. The coffee was made just right. The gal that was inside when Neal was not around not the friendliest. The mood of this particular employee will never be a go getter. The overall establishment gets you what you need without a hassle. Jonathan's Bar Rescue would be satisfied.

Some of the staff does not pay attention to there job,like cleaning up old Drinks candy wrappers etc, and another thing I have been going there since 2015 or 2016 and of all the regular staff only one person ever asks me if I want something to Drink,pretty lame I say

Very rude and condescending young man at the Raliegh Hills location. Acted very annoyed to sell me tickets and practically threw a glass at a woman in a wheelchair when she asked for it. I spend about $200-$300 per week at Richard's and have for about 8 years. I won't go there if he's working. Very different than the other very friendly and helpful people there.
This is my Favorite place to play Video Poker in Tigard, its super relaxed and the Employees are great, Kevin is always making sure everybody is doing good and has whatever they need to ensure they are as comfortable as possible.

I didn't know this place of gambling was in a library (extreme sarcasm). Seriously though I didn't know you have to treat this place as if it's a library as far as being told that I need to quiet down my phone call?? Well no body said a damn word to the older lady who was on her phone talking louder than a whisper since I was able to hear her say into her phone that "they weren't going to be coming over to the coast this weekend bcuz the hotels are all booked". well it's not to single out just 1 person & tell them they're talking too loud. I'll never return here!!
