Best place to get Mexican food in this area. I’ve only gotten burritos, typically breakfast burritos, and they are so yummy! Good salsas too. The people are nice and efficient.
Only suggestion is to have more seating, as there’s only one table outside the cart. There is more seating at the back of the nearby coffee shop, but you’d just have to buy something from there.

Fantastic and filling breakfast burritos - the nopales (cactus) is SO YUMMY and unique as a veggie option, and the potatoes are perfectly seasoned! My partner really like the bacon version. There's parking, outdoor seating, and they are right next to Albina Press, so it's the perfect place to grab breakfast and coffee.
The folks who run the cart are so sweet and will make you burritos even if it's a little before they open. <3 Thank you Rico's!

first time here, theres nothing wrong with the carne asada burrito. i got it with no sour cream & added lemon & green salsa. it was $11, which beats every other mexican place around here by $5. the tortilla actually had some flavor & chew, which i havnt noticed in any of the other shops that sell burritos. the carne asada is trimmed & not fatty. they do use large pieces of onion, but its caramelized so its not just a raw bitter chunk like in the other shops. the cheese was melted properly, unlike all the other shops around here that just drop cold cheese on before they wrap it up. you should know a bit of spanish if you have any questions for them or want to make conversation. the lady running it was very polite & the food came out quick.

If I could rate no stars I would. I ordered a asada burrito. Excited to make it home, I cut it open to have a "rice boritto" With pebbles of beef hard as rocks. I understand that 2:30 PM might be the end of the day for you, but quality should always be the main focus. If you see this cart, continue driving! Do not stop!
