Dined out for Valentine's day - had been looking forward to it for a while. Our server and overall service were terrific, and the location and view are excellent. My husband and I go to iL Terrazzo every time we come to Portland (from Coos Bay), even had his 75th birthday party there. Manager Kyle and Assistant Manager Jessica, their chef and wait staff make each dining experience exceptional. The unique menu offers scrumptious food. You will never be sorry you ate here.
