Food here was truly great! The owner is a charismatic, entertaining guy with tremend passion for cooking. The spice in the sambole pasta plate along with the rice and fries plate was incredible, smokey, savory, mildly hot, with plently of umami, just perfect! All the food was perfectly cooked, the sambole beef was tender and juicy. My father and I let him know how amazing the food was, and this legend played his home made flute for us! We had a great conversation with him after the meal, he told us about his passion for cooking, music, and providing for his family. It was a really wonderful experience.. 10/10 we got more than just a meal, would definitely eat here again!
