Food here was truly great! The owner is a charismatic, entertaining guy with tremend passion for cooking. The spice in the sambole pasta plate along with the rice and fries plate was incredible, smokey, savory, mildly hot, with plently of umami, just perfect! All the food was perfectly cooked, the sambole beef was tender and juicy. My father and I let him know how amazing the food was, and this legend played his home made flute for us! First time there today, I’m vegan and my husband is NOT. Both ordered Lomo Saltado sandwiches, mine with mushrooms and his with meat and they were absolutely delicious! So many options on their menu for us both! Owner has real passion in the food he prepares. Don’t miss this place, we can’t wait to go back!
