Absolutely delicious churros… each type of filling is so yummy… and the folks working there are super nice. Our favorite churro place in the entire Portland metro area!
One thing to note - they are open Saturdays and Sundays (hours on Google is off).

Mighty fine churros!
We've had Rosas Churros in a few places in the area (Bethany Oktoberfest &, Beaverton Farmer's Market) and they never disappoint.
The flavors are great and aren't any additional cost (unless you get one of their specials like Oreo or Fruity Pebbles).
You won't be disappointed!

First time went it was later in the evening and they had sold out. Second we made it and bought each flavor. Soooo good. Good thing I don't live close to this place or I'd be going everyday!!!
