This is a Montavilla staple. You can't beat old school movies, good beer selection, and of course the southern/Cajun menu is always legit. When you want great cornmeal fried catfish with fried oysters to match at a fair price, this is the place.

The person “working” behind the bar claims “I’m not a mixologist, I’m just a bartender” so allegedly can’t make any cocktails or creative drinks. Lower your expectations and you may get a terribly poured half-spilled PBR.
Cool bar, thought it was weird they ask me to prepay before we ordered our food and our bill was $80 and they wouldn’t take our $100 bill. Felt a little racist! If there a policy for no $100 bills it should be posted in bar!
