I would like to go here more, but recently they have been playing the music really loud. Im a little more sensitive to noise than most, but I really wish more cafes in portland created a calmer ambience, one where talking to a friend wasn't a battle over the loud music.

Love the vibes of this coffee shop. It has indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of spots for small groups of those looking to work/study. Some street parking available but can be spotty. Inside are high ceilings, great natural light, and retro-feeling decor. Definitely felt like I was not necessarily in the city anymore, as there were lots of lovely plants all over. The mocha that I ordered was tasty and I would for sure stop in here again. Staff were also attentive and friendly.

Roseline Coffee absolutely exceeded our expectations, and a huge part of that was thanks to our wonderful server, Ty. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of the kind of calm energy that makes you want to stay all day. The space is beautifully designed — modern yet cozy — and the aroma of freshly ground coffee hits you in the best way.
But what made our visit truly special was Ty. Incredibly friendly, genuinely kindhearted, and attentive without being overbearing, Ty made us feel completely at home. They took the time to answer our questions about the coffee offerings and shared thoughtful recommendations with real enthusiasm. You could tell they cared not just about the product, but about the people they were serving.
The coffee itself was exceptional — bright, balanced, and clearly made with skill and care. We tried both a pour-over and a seasonal latte, and each one was a work of art. It’s rare to find a coffee shop where the quality of the drinks matches the warmth of the service, but Roseline delivers on both.
We’ll absolutely be coming back — not just for the coffee, but to see Ty’s friendly smile again.

This cute coffee shop has a great atmosphere, and the decaf roast is excellent.
As someone who can’t drink dairy or nut milks, I was super excited to see that they offer soy milk. So many places have switched to oat, and I just can’t get on that train. Looking forward to supporting this small business alternative to Starbucks for the occasional soy milk latte.

BUT, the seats are uncomfortable, there aren't power outlets to use, and the last 2 food items I got were either gross or had hair baked into them.
Go for the coffee, stay for a minute, and leave without getting food or pastries.

an older man on staff wearing a grey beanie and puffy jacket was staring at a young female guest in a way that made me (a different guest) in the establishment uncomfortable. He appeared to be objectifying and leering at her while she was sitting and working in the cafe. It was incredibly inappropriate and despite not interacting with her made me concerned for his treatment of other staff and future female customers.

Got the batch brew, it was very fruity and well-extracted. Love the location, the theming is on-point and the design is super cute. The inside is spacious and there's tons of seating to chill at. They've got quite the selection of pastries as well!
