Great little spot, perfectly placed directly across the street from my Airbnb! Excellent coffee, nice selection of beer and wine, and great food. The person who whined about the avocado toast should have spent 3 more dollars to get the breakfast burrito, it was amazing!

This is a great little neighborhood spot with good hot sandwiches and a nice breakfast burrito but they need a little work. The food takes way too long. I’m talking roasting a small chicken long sometimes, not just heating up and melting cheese on deli meat long. Rarely I’ve ordered with a long line of tickets either. This has swayed me from grabbing lunch before work because an hour simply isn’t enough time to order, wait, eat, and drive. If you get a coffee drink expect...
