Terrible customer service I went just little before 5pm with 3 kids. We were the only customers today at this time still we completely ignored, never acknowledged so we left went to pizza baron This place is disappointing for kids. No arcade games, few claw machines. Looks like pizza sports bar geared for more adult appeal

We were in town for my husband’s work ! We were hungry for pizza and decided on Round Table Pizza! Oh we were so glad we did…I don’t understand why the place wasn’t packed! We both got personal pan pizzas and the crust was amazing! My husband commented to me it was the first time in a long time he did Not pitch the crusts!!!!!!!!

Live 4 minutes away went in order a pizza almost no sauce burnt crust ask the young for more sauce when I ordered he could not care less there were 4 other's standing around will never go there AGAIN. I'VE work ed in pizza place's all you need to do is your job not that hard always TRYED to do a good job not that hard. What is wrong with these young jerks?.

online ordering system needs work. $44 xl pizza, over 45 minutes late. pizza quality is always great but the customer experience is lacking at this store.

My family of 10 and I went to round table 4/5/2025. When we walked in half the staff was just standing around and one of the staff was sitting at a table eating but it took a while to get greeted and our order taken. After we placed our order of 3 pizzas and salad bars and water/sodas, we patiently waited everyone got their drinks and waited for the pizza to arrive. After receiving our pizza and I eating my salad I drank some of my mt.dew and it smelled and tasted like bleach some type of bleach chemical in the machine/soda itself. I instantly stopped eating and drinking told all it kids to stop drinking it and notified the assistant manager Tammy. When approaching Tammy about the situation (which she was the one sitting down and eating when we walked in) she said there isn’t bleach in the machine but she put a sticker on the mt.dew saying out of order it was then a proceeded to try a different soda and it also tasted like bleach as well as the water. When I approached her again she said “they don’t use bleach products in the store but she will take my name and number and let the general manager know of my concern. So I call back the next day hoping to speak with the gm but it’s Tammy again and she said the general manager isn’t there until Monday so I call Monday and it’s Tammy again this time she’s calling me all types of liars saying that she drank the soda and that she’s not willing to make anything right now refund no coupons no anything. She’s saying out of 500 people that there is no way we could have got sick or food poising and to stop calling her store and don’t come back. Also their salad bar wasn’t stocked they ran out of ranch and said it takes a long time to make and 2 min later comes out with ranch. After I started eating my salad I seen that they had poor food handling they weren’t washing hands after touching the register or trash cans just a horrible experience. Tammy is way beyond unprofessional lack of empathy and validation. But if one of us were to die or my kids get hospitalized then I would get a refund or compensation
We ordered over the phone and had pizza Delivered. They were to our house quickly and the pizza was hot and delicious!

Stop by at 11:30 to check them out for lunch. I was seeking a salad bar and round table usually has the best salad bar around. Not this one. Pulled up not a soul as in the parking lot and the salad bar doesn’t have a thing on it looking through the door. I believe they’re shut down.
