The manager Dillon thought my pizza bubbled up too much so he kindly made a new one and gave me the mistake AND the remake. What an awesome crew! Nice and clean inside and the staff was nice as well.

Very dirty place. Very dead. There was nobody there and yet it looked like a dust storm came through the place, food was under cooked and tasted strange.

The pizza this time was ok, I've always like the pizzas from Round Table, but this location seems to lack some basics and the pizza was not as good as expected.

Everything is fine, but the workers are hateful except the red haired girl, she is amazing.

Too expensive. And the games need to be better. The claw machine was rigged. Staff was nice. But tbey need more prizes because 400 tickets for 4 sour straws and 3 airhead is dumb.

Stop burning the pizza! We love Round Table. This location burns the pizza every single time. This time we checked before we left and mentioned it to them only to be told that it was within limits. We’ve given lots of opportunities and we won’t be back.

Pizza was exactly as expected, which is why we went there in the first place. The restaurant itself was only OK for atmosphere, seems like the building and facilities haven't been renovated since it was first built. Took away from the experience just a bit...

They still have some of the best pizza I have ever had here to Chicago.
The service was pathetic, I called in my order and after I told them what I wanted they spent about two minutes rambling off their sides asking if I wanted anything else even after I said I just want the pizza, then when I got there to pick it up the employee grabbed a side and asked if this was my order and I told him now and gave him my name a second time only to have him wonder off in the kitchen and then like a bolt of lightning hitting him came running back out with a order receipt and asked if I was who I said I was and then rang me up but first ran off the sides again asking if I want anything else.
The restaurant is a sad shell of its self from back in the late 80's and early '90's when the had colorful fabric on the seats and the seats were mostly booths with a bright and vibrant carpet. The arcade is now a sad place we're most of the games don't seem to work and is now just a small closet compared to the large Game Room it used to be with prizes you actually wanted and couldn't get at Dollar Tree.
I am sad to see what was once a great place to hangout, play and eat great pizza go down hill.
At least the pizza is still good.

Terrible customer service
I went just little before 5pm with 3 kids. We were the only customers today at this time still we completely ignored, never acknowledged so we left went to pizza baron
This place is disappointing for kids. No arcade games, few claw machines. Looks like pizza sports bar geared for more adult appeal

Good pizza. Place was quiet on a Tuesday. They do have a nice back room where we had our fantasy football draft so that worked out well except the AC didn’t get to the back room.

We were in town for my husband’s work ! We were hungry for pizza and decided on Round Table Pizza! Oh we were so glad we did…I don’t understand why the place wasn’t packed!
We both got personal pan pizzas and the crust was amazing! My husband commented to me it was the first time in a long time he did Not pitch the crusts!!!!!!!!
