This is the best beer in town. Love everything about the brewery! They allow well behaved dogs and children.
My one qualm is the children. There should be a rule about well behaved children bc the parents who let their kids destroy the building should not be allowed here imo.
Kids are gonna be wild, but the lack of awareness from the adults that come here with their kids is the one downside of this place tbh.

The pizza is okay. Very thick rough crust. Not desirable. I’ve been here a few times, and there are always at least a couple dogs inside. Today it was hard to avoid the dogs, because their rude owners sat next to the counter. Then another dog came in so they all started barking in that loud space. It was a repelling atmosphere, and it’s just gross to have to eat next to other people’s pets.

The Pizza!!! With a capital P, for put this pizza in your tummy please. This wonder gathering space is great for a hang or do what I did and book the back space for a party. Tons of beverage options including beer, ciders and water. They are keen on environment and animal fundraisers.

This is my husband’s favorite brewery and the staff are so friendly. There is always so many drink options that change regularly when they brew new beers. Very dog friendly (the dogs are allowed inside) and kid friendly. Big projector screen when big sporting events are on TV. Weekends there is INCREDIBLE pizza available that is to die for. Highly recommend this brewery.

The pizza and beer were great. The problem with this place is that they let multiple dogs in the actual restaurant. There is an outer area for dogs but no one used it. They brought their dogs inside. We sat at a table surrounded. These dogs were barking every time another dog came in. Not ideal for enjoying food, having a conversation, or cleanliness. Go to the location on the Vancouver waterfront if you want to avoid this situation.

Ruse makes excellent beer. They are IPA-centric. There are nooks and crannies to have a good conversation unless there is a band playing. People bring their well behaved dog. There is only food on the weekend, but the pizza is delicious.
