One of my most favorite food trucks. Everything about this ramen is perfection. It’s comforting, filling (but not heavy), and sooooooo flavorful. The humans who work there are pretty darn rad as well.
You haven't lived until you've had this ramen. It's SO dang flavorful, it's the only soup-like food that I love to have year round because it's just soooo good! And the owners and staff are also the nicest people you'll ever meet, so you can feel good supporting them while nomming at some great ramen!
Hands down the most savory delicious vegan ramen we've ever had. Literally could drink the broth straight any day, any time. Not to mention they were great about letting us know about allergen info over instagram dms and were super kind and just everything was great all around. 10 out of 10, highly suggest getting some ASAP, run don't walk, tip them well, etc. etc.
