This place is great. Good vibes, kind baristas, thoughtful interior design, efficient service, and of course, delicious coffee. Seriously. I just got a regular coffee and I've been sipping it for the last half hour to savor it. It's good for both to-go and dine-in options.
Saint Simon's drinks are all very smooth but the real star is their mochas. There's never too much sediment at the bottom, every sip is the perfect sip. The Brazee location is nice too but the poshness is a little much. This location is a charmer. :)
Ok, since it's difficult to find unless you go there, here's some relevant info. They do not roast their own (despite Google AI's insistence) They have paired with Coava to get a Saint Simon specific coffee roast/blend. It's pretty darn good. Very earthy and spicy. It is one of the pricier Cortados in town.
