This place is located in two cart food truck place. I just ate one of their main courses dishes and it was delicious. Parking is an issue but it's worth it.

The food here is amazing — straight from Peru and always delicious! I’ve been coming here for over two years, and the quality has always been the same: fresh, authentic, and super yummy every single time.
The guy who works here is very kind and friendly — I’ve had lots of conversations with him, and he’s never once been rude. Honestly, disregard the bad reviews. I’ve only ever had great experiences here, both with the

Food was good. Cart owner was nice. Good picnic table and lot. In an area where you may see folks not doing so well. If that bothers you, order take out.

Amazing food! The lamb was tender and flavorful.
If you like Peruvian or not, this place has such amazing food. I came here later in the night and it was raining, yet the atmosphere did not take a hit! The people working are so kind and cook such amazing food I cannot rate this less than perfect!

The Seco morteño lamb dish (beans, rice, fresh red onion in a great sauce) was large, fall-apart tender and full of fresh flavor! The stuffed potato was delicious.

The guy taking orders was so rude that we have to leave. Too bad they lost a business, we were 8 of us on vacation. Do not patronize this place unless you want bad attitude.
My friends and I thought of trying this food truck out. We barely ordered anything and the attendant just showed attitude from out of the blue. He was SUPER RUDE and Full of hate. He challenged us to give him and the establishment a bad review. He must not own the place because he doesn't care if he lose customers. There were 8 of us and we're out of town tourists. Do not waste your time and money at this place. Its not worth it! It's not right to treat customers rudely especially when they happened to be Asians. This attendant who can barely speak straight English is a racist. I wish the rating comes with no star or in negative. He sure don't deserve 1 star. I strongly suggest NOT to eat at Salt & Pepper Peruvian food truck.
the person who was taking our orders were impatient and rude, even daring us to give Salt and Pepper a bad review. So for sure we won't be back.

The WORST! Please DO NOT WASTE your time in this horrible place! The man who took our order was beyond RuDE who treated us condescendingly since we are ASIANS!
My friends and I decided to try this place while vacationing in Portland. Since we have dined all over the world, we have never been treated so badly as customers by a man who can’t even speak straight English. We are a group of highly educated Asians who daringly urged us to give him a bad review!
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS HELL HOLE.
