The ice cream was great but the workers were so mean. Not worth the pretentious attitudes you have to deal with.

Definitely a must try at least once! The ice cream flavors change often, but there are always the consistent flavors that are there every time. It's worth going in and asking for a sample of as many kinds as you want to try until you find your favorite (they use actual silverware for the samples).

This place is amazing!!! It started off one night I was picking up a doordash order from here and I seen the menu and thought that all the ingredients that they were using in their ice creams were really peculiar. I asked the lady about one of the ice creams and so she gave me a small cup of it for free and the moment I put my spoon in it I was hooked for life..

I feel like everyone who works the evening shift here needs to go back to training for how to provide good customer service. They've lost sight of the magic that is ice cream. Saw one girl be rude as hell to my pregnant wife and daughter and another argued with me about the size of the scoops.Interesting to note if this was about the day shift people it would have been a totally different review.Come on now, S and S, ice cream is one of the few things on earth i truly love. It is the great unifier. Everyone loves ice cream. It's what parents do with kids throughout all of American history. I get that it's busy at night- but not as busy as the Cedar Hills or NW 23rd locations and they're always polite. The evening employees need to get back to their roots.3 stars because years of eating your product isn't ruined by a few youngsters with poor attitudes and the actual ice cream is amazing.

Each month, they have a new selection of limited flavors. It is great to go try all the new flavors of ice cream. They also have a large assortment of vegan flavors. Last visit, they had seven vegan options. They are always so friendly and don’t make me feel rushed in deciding what I want to have after I’ve tried all that I want to. One thing that I do now as I can’t decide on just one, I get a slip lit scoop and then add a kids scoop to it. It means I get to have three different flavors with smaller scoops. Win!

Reason for visit: after dinner anniversary treat. Best ice cream we could choose still open on the west side.Ordered: Scoop of Cereal-sly series: Pots of Gold & Rainbows w/rainbow sprinkles & chocolate fragrance spray. Milkshake made of Cornflake cookies & Marionberry JamWe were hesitant to come in and both hadn’t had SS in over 3+ years. We’re pretty intense ice cream enthusiasts. We are Fifty Licks & Cloud City die hards.I was excited to see what the limited run was before entering. We were then so charmed by the kindness, warmth & extremely exceptional level of customer service of the staff at 10pm on 3/26/24. This is a solid crew! We were sooo so happy we stopped in and y’all made our special day even more memorable.

My family and I went while we drove up from seattle and it was good and offered unique flavors. We all got completely different things and all liked them. There cones were really fresh also. We went while it was really busy because of course it was almost summer around May 2023. It's not like a must see but ok just to enjoy with the kiddos.

I bought Ice Cream for my neighbors daughters birthday party. I found Salt and Staw JUST WEIRD. Not one standard flavor, tiny contaners or cones and the staff was anything but polite. I spent a lot of money nearly 100 dollars and the kids were happy, but I will never return to that store...
