Came in with some friends. They had patience of waiting for the long line but I did not. I just grabbed the pint of honey lavender flavor ice cream in their fridge then went straight to the cashier so I didnt have to wait in line. The ice cream was delicious and one of my favorite flavors, then 2nd would be blue cheese n pear flavor. I live in this neighborhood and have for ten years. I am not an ice cream person, yet my family is. I had a transaction issue that happened to me. The assistant manager at this location Matt, not only went above and beyond to assist me, he refunded my transaction which was well over $20.

It’s easy to complain, but it’s harder to speak when excellent customer service is a foot. Thank you to that assistant manager Matt and Salt & Straw for a being a pillar...

Captain's berried treasure was the best ice cream I've ever had. It was absolutely to die for. The flavors and textures were absolutely incredible. I also loved that they had several clearly marked vegan options on the menu. The service was good, and the atmosphere was cute. One scoop was a ton of ice cream and the price was just right. I cannot recommend this ice cream enough! Absolutely delicious.
