Drinks were pretty good. The green tea shot was not what I expected and I really enjoyed it! Good place for a group of friends to meetup. Didn’t try the food, so can’t comment on that. Couple of pool tables. Went on a Sunday because i heard it was country night/theme. I couldn’t find any info online. Got there around 8, turns out it didn’t start until about 10pm.
Bartender acted as though it was a complete inconvenience to ask for a drink. I am a polite person, please, thank you etc. She had a grudge, an attitude absolutely no hint of a smile or friendliness. Having been a bartender, I typically tip very well and can say that I have NEVER stiffed someone - except tonight. It was slow in there, definitely enough time to smile - not the case. Claimed I was rude when I left a note on my CC receipt. Really??!! I was extremely polite even though she was dismissive. Not somewhere I will ever go again, I simply won't tolerate rudeness, especially when there are so many other places to go with friendly service. She is far too young to have such a negative disposition. BTW, she was able to smile at the men in the bar lol. Whatever.

A portland institution!! That has been around for 100 years!! The food is good. The atmosphere is loud and full of energy! Pinball and pool are available for game play. The bar has looked the same from the time I went when I was 22 to now that I'm 40❤️ It feels like home.

Cool spot Worth the trip Truly a cool dive! Should be on any party run list Food Was yum I would tell anybody you like Any body you dont like send them to rough place down the road and tell them to bring an attitude to get the best experience! This place rocks though Nice job on redo! Definitely worth the stop!!! Go!!!!
