Santo Domingo is a small eatery that serves excellent Mexican food including some of the best carnitas I've had at this writing. Their tacos are loaded with savory meat with a bit of tomato, onion, cilantro and guacamole. The texture and flavor of the carnitas in on point. The burritos are large for those with hungry appetites. Santo Domingo has indoor and outdoor seating. There's three parking spots in the tiny lot in front. Otherwise there's street parking. Absolutely love this place, some of the best Mexican food in Portland. Delicious, fresh food and top notch customer service every time. Great margaritas too!
Indoor seating available as well as a covered patio (dog friendly). I don't live in the neighborhood anymore but still frequent this place when I'm in the area. I've loved everything I've tried: burritos, tacos, torta, sopes, quesadillas, etc. and their fish tacos are bomb. Highly recommend them!

Came here and got the cactus plate. Not worth the 18.00 dls I paid. Very poor portion. No homemade tortillas for me!! My only positive was the salsas.
