Love this place. The food is always good. The service is kind and attentive. one of my favorite places to take myself on a date or with a friend. Its not a hotel anymore but it was along time ago and has a spicy background story. The resturant is where the old lobby of the hotel use to be. Happy hour is great here. My favorite drink is the witchy things cocktail.

The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, resembling a swanky vintage 5-star hotel room lobby. The food is fantastic— fresh ingredients with a little something for everyone on the menu. Cocktail selection is top tier in this town— pages and pages of liquid delights all whipped up to perfection by their friendly staff. ;tldr Swipe right on Sapphire Hotel, you won’t regret it!

After ordering a meal to go, I was harassed by a waiter for sitting at an outside table within the establishment. This said waiter felt as if she was entitled to a tip and stated “I will refuse service to you next time”. The customer service was selected and based on tipping.

Google thinks this is a hotel, but it's actually a wonderful neighborhood restaurant. The ambiance is great. The staff went out of the way to accommodate our physical limitations. Food and drinks were on point and the prices were fair.

it's hard to have a more upscale meal if you even try to leave the house after 9pm in portland and this place saved me from food truck food for 3 nights in a row so i am eternally grateful

Best burger in PDX (Or very close to it) Superb drinks in a cozy, kinda sexy ( at night ) spot. Good place for a date for when you're trying to keep it quiet, or if you know you're both DTF, it'll set a nice mood for fun later.
