Cool Chicago/Wisconsin pub, good food the chicken sandwich is definitely the way to go. Not a huge taplist but a good one with a full range of offerings. Service was great, the ambiance was broken off on Midwest if you appreciate that, otherwise still a nice traditional pub.

"Where everybody knows your name." Not really, but a really cool neighborhood bar and restaurant. I go here when visiting my son. Easy going plac with cool vibes, friendly staff, and great rotating beers on tap. Also, beers to go. Good food and awesome pastys. Indoor and outdoor seating.

The beer is really good and the beer prices are very fair. The food I got was ok. Very dog friendly. You can stay seated outside with your dog and order on your phone, and they will bring you your order outside.

Excellent beer bar with top notch beers on draft (including Russian River Brewing options, I was delighted to see) and a wide selection of bottles and cans for take away or to enjoy in house. Pub grub available too. Low key vibe with combination of tables and booths and bar seating plus some picnic tables outdoors.

This was another Google maps find during our recent Portland weekend visit. It's a combination bar/restaurant/bottle shop with a "midwestern" theme (adorable!) Dinner was what they call a "meat and three" in Nashville: protein and three sides. Meat was good, sides were good, beer, air conditioning and service was good. Just a great vibe all the way around.
Vegetarian options: Few
Dietary restrictions: Meat
Parking: Street
Kid-friendliness: Yes, actually, kids allowed.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes but lots of hi top seats.

One time I went there, they didn't have potato salad. I left. I thought I'd give it another try today.
I ordered the fried chicken meal. Still no potato salad. Was substituted with burnt fries. The breading on the chicken was underdone. They didn't have soda water, so I got a horrible cola instead. They had water with no ice. Worst food ever.
Never again.

This is my awesome neighborhood bar. I go here mainly for the impeccable beer selection and service. The fried cheese curds are also 100% worth it.
Parking: No dedicated parking lot but lots of street parking

Very low key place. It's going for "Portland dive bar" and does it pretty well.
Lots of outside seating.
Food is good, but the atmosphere and the location are the key draws
Décor wise:
My grandfather would feel at home here.
It's like a bar from Wisconsin circa 1983.
The physical manifestation of nostalgia for a time when football, hunting, and beer were always on the mind of every man.
I later heard from the bartender that the place has been around for 16 years and the owner's father ran a bar in Wisconsin. So... the decor makes perfect sense.
