The fried rice is really good. The portion was a decent size for what I paid. There is only street parking unfortunately. If that isn't an issue, I highly recommend going in for a Boba tea and some good food.

I had things to do out in this neighborhood and had to try this place out. I had the P1 Special Pho with a side of A2 Pork and Shrimp spring rolls and a Strawberry Fruit Boba Tea with rainbow jelly. The broth tasted pretty good. It was rich in flavor. The noodles were soft, There was a lot of tendon, meat and meatballs that tasted good. And the condiments for the pho were fresh. The spring rolls had good flavors and tasted fresh, Peanut sauce dip that came with salad rolls tasted good too. The way that it was wrapped does need some improvements to be wrapped tighter, because it kinda fell apart after the first bite. The Strawberry Boba with rainbow jelly, tasted really sweet and the rainbow jelly was good...I would recommend trying this place out, I saw that they do have other foods that look good, will have to try out the next time.

Best drunken noodles I’ve ever had. Large serving with just the right amount of spiciness.

Nathan is my favorite employee at Sassy Souk’s! He works hard to go the extra mile in every aspect, it’s so refreshing. Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere!Sassy Souk’s Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea is the best - I can’t find anywhere else that makes it like they do here.Their happy hour deals, excellent food, cozy aesthetic and highly skilled staff make it a great place to frequent.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a gently sloping wheelchair ramp as the primary entrance from the street.

Some of the sweetest owner and staff in North Portland. To go orders are quick and accurate, but I prefer to dine in so I get to enjoy the food freshly prepared. They regularly do specials, too. Great local business!

BEST BOBA AND PHO SHOP IN PORTLAND! ?They have a large menu with good prices AND lunch deals on pho, large portion sizes, a SUPER WIDE VARIETY of boba flavors and toppings (they have popping boba ?)ANDDD... If you go enough they even have a punch card to eventually get free boba ?The vibe in there is great, always been welcoming (LGBTQ and neurodivergent friendly), and the staff is also SOO NICE and hospitable Pictured is their Chicken Pho that I'm in love with!Kid-friendliness: The vibe is very family friendly and the staff are super patient, kind, and welcoming!

Thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried here. We got a variety of things and it was all a delight. It all had excellent flavor and was both filling and light weight. Our server was very friendly and the food came out super quick. We came in the middle of the day on a Thursday so I was nice and quiet with a couple other patrons and a few people popping in for to-go orders. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for something delicious in the NoPo/St. John's area.

Their Pho is pretty good especially for the size and price And the brown sugar milk tea is my favorite. But something i especially appreciate is the atmosphere and the workers. So kind and always do what they can to make sure you enjoy your meal.

We got the sandwiches deal here not a bad places. I probably order the wrong items at this location. But ther service was awsome the guy at the counter was super nice and good guy to talk to. The food on the other hand we got was not up to par I wouldn't get the sandwiches here and the soup was a little blan and was missing something. But the service was A++++++

Oh gosh, I wish I had photos to post because Sassy's food is phenomenal! This is one of those places where you just forget to stop and take a photo because it's so good and before you know it the only picture you'd have is of an empty bowl. Her staff is always extremely kind and communicate with you very well if they're busy or backed up (if you're calling in) and they make sure you know you've been seen if you come inside to eat! I recommend everything on the menu! My favorites are the pineapple curry fried rice and the beef pho special. I'm hoping this summer she makes some pineapples at an event again because I'd love to snag one of those! Thanks for always taking care of me and my family whenever we visit Sassy and Team! - Tiana

If you're craving for pho in the Portsmouth area, I guess this place will do. I thought the pho was just okay. I ordered the special pho, which typically includes the majority of the meat fixings. I found the meatball to be different from other pho places. The meatballs are less bouncy here. I think they're using the meatballs that are typically used in Banh MI rather than the bouncy types typically used for pho. The fresh beansprouts and pepper looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The broth is just okay. I think they need to put more spice. Also, when dining in with their ware, I could smell/taste some of the cleaning chemical used to wash their wares. The staff were very attentive and very nice. I'd come back to try their other food to go, because I think they have potential.

I want to support this local business but they make it hard when they serve food that is borderline inedible. Tonight they served me muscles that were still shut and I had to pry them open with a fork. I mentioned it to the server/owner and he made some lame excuse about them being in a hurry and not noticing. That’s no excuse for serving muscles that haven’t been cooked long enough to open.I’ll probably be back just because it’s near my house and convenient, but I wish they would pay more attention to the food they are serving. Kind of makes you wonder.
