Obsessed. Best curry in Portland in my opinion, and I have ordered the same dish at every other Thai place. Sawasdee has the very best flavor, I could eat here everyday... and sometimes I do. Highly recommend!

Went to swasdee thai, service was fast i, it caters more for take out , the ambience was so so, they served the food in the tske out container , for dine in too . That was unusual, the place was busy with takeout order, i will not recommend this place

I was so disappointed. I thought I was going to an actual restaurant. I walked in to an empty room that had arrows and signs telling me to walk through some plastic curtains. It was actually creepy and freezing cold. I walked into where there were several tables , dark and still freezing I should have left. A nice lady came from the back and greeted me. I ordered my food. They were fast. The quality of food was horrible. The rice was incredibly mushy with very little flavor and the Crab Puffs had zero flavor. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

The food is really good but I'd consider it overpriced for the portions. It is a really small business though so I'm sympathetic in that aspect. Definitely a take-out restaurant, but if you're bulking their rice and chicken is a go-to for me.
