I’ve been here like four times total—mainly because I’m hungry and craving pizza while shopping—and someone please explain why the vibe is always off.
First time? I wasn’t with the person in front of me (like, clearly—we were at least three feet apart), but apparently that wasn’t obvious enough and I got snapped at. Second time? I’ll take partial blame, I was distracted… but somehow that alone was enough to get yelled at. Third time? They looked like they hated me. It was 3pm, dead quiet, just me in there—and I was being nice. Fourth (and most recent) time? I was extra polite, on my best behavior… and still got hit with the death stare.
But I can’t lie… the pizza is good. Just good. Y’all need to lock in, though—because the crust shouldn’t be warmer than the customer service.

My daughter went to Washington store to order pizza , she asked for a cheese pizza , she gave her cheese pizza without a clean cut and had some pepperoni’s she told her she can’t eat pizza if touched any pork product or had a pork product we are a Muslim , then they started to treat a girl her age 10 years old and other daughter 14 years old very bad and yield at her , I tried to call them and talked to them she hang out the phone , I need somebody to contacted me asap please

the young girl with the brown hair is amazing. i think her name is daphne. she’s absolutely gorgeous and the pizza she makes is next level. I would definitely recommend sbarros to a friend

So slow! Just for some premade pizza? Lots of attitude, not worth the price and there are so many other options in the mall.
Staff is very very very slow there and the young lady there seems to not care about customer satisfaction

This Sbarro needs an overhaul. The employees that work here have the personalities of cardboard or look like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering. The front area with the utensils is a mess and the literally snails pace they work with literally the bare minimum communication is just sad. Who is managing this place because it always feels like it’s in shambles!

Went here for dinner with my fiancé and was unsatisfied. The girl helping us had a very bad attitude which was upsetting from the beginning. The food was okay. The prices were a little much for pizza that sits all day… maybe next time.

I just called the store asking if the items I ordered were available in case they would be substituted (which has happened before without asking my preference) and the woman who answered the phone at 12:50pm 11/13/24 was so rude and hung up on me. I said “ hi I just wanted to confirm if the items on my order were available?” And listen the items and name. And she said yes I’m waiting for the driver ma’am I’m still working on it. And proceeded to hang up the phone.
