Wow!! Just moved into the neighborhood and tried this place for the first time. Wasn't in the mood for ramen, but was really craving some gyoza. Best gyoza I've had in town, incredibly juicy. Also got the mazeman soba, and it blew me away. Chashu was perfect! I can't wait to go back again and again and try their ramen too.

Sooooo so good! The “Garden Ramen” is one of the best vegetarian/veggie ramens in town! A nice, large piece of soft tofu, shredded mushrooms, ginger, corn, & greens in a delicious veg broth with great noodles.

DONT SKIP THIS PLACE!!! I almost did. They have very little covered seating but it is a food cart so it’s nice they even have seating! The service was fast and the food was delicious. The gyoza were juicy and flavorful with a delightful crisp on the bottom. I had the black garlic ramen level 4 spicy and could not get enough. Savory, unctuous in all the right ways, and plenty of bites with the noodles and pork. I’d order a second if my stomach could take it. My partner got the tan tan ramen level 3 spicy and it was equally delicious but far lighter and more balanced. Absolutely recommend!

I’ve eaten almost all the ramen in Portland and many places in Japan. I would rank this as the best ramen in Portland. Had the black garlic ramen, level 3 spiciness. Broth was literally perfect. Chasu pork was the best I’ve ever had, thick cut, smooth fat, tender meat and perfectly crisped edges. I wish the noodles were a little more chewy, but hardly a complaint. I loved the optional addition of wood ear mushrooms (something rarely found). The gyozas were exceptionally crispy and fresh. All presentation was excellent, even for a to go order. To top it all off, Senyo is one of the most inexpensive bowls of ramen in town. Absolute 10/10, HIGHLY recommend.
Really solid bowl of ramen. We had an order of the Black Garlic Tonkotsu and an order of the Tan Tan Ramen and both were lovely, though do wish I’d gone a bit higher on the spice level for the Tan Tan. Next time!
And the gyoza were fantastic. I’d heard great things about the gyoza so was excited to try them and wasn’t sure what to expect when they didn’t come with any sauce but turns out we didn’t need any—there was already a sauce mixture that was so good I ended up eating all the garnish lettuce as well!
