Got there right after they opened during a rainy afternoon - a perfect choice for that kinda day. He was quick and our order was perfectly prepared for to-go. The tan tan ramen and gyoza warmed us right up. I was bummed he didn't have any eggs ready upon opening but the ramen wasn't missing it. Delicious!
I heard great reviews of their black garlic ramen, so I had to try it myself. This food cart is in a small Smile Pod of three. But two of the food carts are from the same restaurant, and only one was open.
I tried the dan dan noodles with a 3-spice level and black garlic ramen with a 4-spice level. First of all, it really wasn't that spicy, even at 4 stars. I would definitely ask for 5 stars next time.

Holy crap this black garlic Ramen is the bees knees. It's tens times better than another place I could mention and half the cost. I will for sure come back here. I don't even really like pork and that pork was fantastic!!
