Shake Shack West End Portland

This is my first time going to a Shake shack, the burger is way undercooked and the fries are lukewarm and greasy. I don’t think I’ll bother returning. I couldn’t even finish any of it. Halfway through I’m already feeling sick

The staff was awesome, especially the lady behind the counter tbat walked us through the process. My fiance, and I had never been there, and she was way more than happy to help Us with our experience, and even stopped by our table to see if we loved the food as much as she did, and we sure did!

If you are simply picking up an order you’re
forced to navigate a gauntlet of emotional accommodations for the employees.

Going into this Shake Shack feels like being on an NPR podcast. Please let me pick up food and leave.

Soggy cold burgers made with NO care. Moody and rude staff. Worst location I’ve been.

I ate Shake Shack for the first in my life yesterday and I loved it. It really enjoyed the cheese fries with extra cheese on the side, and my banana pudding shake. I wish we had Shake Shacks where I live!

This is a busy busy little shake shop on a busy busy intersection in downtown Portland. The vibe is 'busy'. They have outdoor ping pong and some other fun games at their picnic tables outside. The bathrooms are clean, and no matter how busy they keep the orders, movin' and they stay friendly.

This isna good choice for loud groups. Not fantastic for small kids.

I got food poisoning from undercooked hamburger

God awful restaurant ? If you wanna buy a gimmick ass burger for like $30 from a franchise with chains open in Isr*el, this your spot I guess lmao

Food was amazing, hit the spot 100% I was STARVING but that truffle burger ? brought me back to life. Nurvillan was our server and he was super nice to us, great service.

Sebastian was such a genuine article: great service, gregarious & helpful, upbeat, and so kind, too. His earnest happiness is downright infectious! :D What a pleasant surprise, and the food was awesome, too!

Ordered online and food was ready within five minutes of the estimate in the app. We always get our burgers well done, so the wait is often worth it. Good service, good food. Our pup enjoyed her biscuit. Great location near the bookstore.
