God awful restaurant ? If you wanna buy a gimmick ass burger for like $30 from a franchise with chains open in Isr*el, this your spot I guess lmao

Sebastian was such a genuine article: great service, gregarious & helpful, upbeat, and so kind, too. His earnest happiness is downright infectious! :D What a pleasant surprise, and the food was awesome, too!

Ordered online and food was ready within five minutes of the estimate in the app. We always get our burgers well done, so the wait is often worth it. Good service, good food. Our pup enjoyed her biscuit. Great location near the bookstore.

I stopped by for a quick snack on a Friday afternoon and enjoyed the namesake Shake Burger which is a well smashed patty served on a properly substantial bun with the requisite trimmings. The DIY ordering may put off some folks, but there is a human-operated counter option.

-Yummy food
-Attentive and quick service considering the busy time of day (5pm)
-Cole/Keely/Aurora were awesome on deck- They answered a lot of random questions/needs in the midst of things.
-Clean
-Feeling safer downtown (I noticed a few security officers around, maybe from Powell’s?)
-Ping pong!
-Kid-friendly
-Flexible and comfortable seating inside and out

Kid-friendliness: Ping pong/some space to lounge outside,
fun seating options, and some TVs (Bluey was on).

Passing by at 7:00 in the morning to homeless people sleeping and trash all over the place outside, on the tables, I saw one homeless person urinating on the tables that people eat at. Very bad location. Be careful where you walk, there are needles sticking out of the ground

Kid-friendliness: Huge, open dining room with tons of seating. Would be more than sufficient for those with children.

Wheelchair accessibility: Giant dining room with a lot of open space. Moving around in a wheelchair would be a breeze.

I had never been to a Shake Shake until that day so I was excited for the visit. I ordered a cheeseburger and a small strawberry milkshake too. The cheeseburger was warm but not hot like you would expect a burger that came off the grill, it must of sat under the lights for 7-10 minutes before they gave it to me. If I would have been @ home when I got my food, I would have definitely put it into the microwave for at least :30 seconds to reheat the food. The cheeseburger looked kinda edible but was extremely greaseie in look and taste. And it was barely warm burger to top off this S.S. review.
Now I figured a restaurant that has Shake in thier name would have had a better tasting strawberry milkshake. And I also assumed that they would of had more choices for different types of milkshakes then what they had. So I decided to get a small strawberry shake and it was okay at best. I think Red Robin has way better strawberry ? milkshake then Shake Shack. I was excited to go to Shake Shack on that day, because I only eat out about 7-12 X a year. And I rarely nowadays eat cheeseburgers, burgers or beef nowadays. And I try to stay away from over process foods.
So I come excited to try out the Shake Shack restaurant because I have never been there before. And after getting my Luke warm cheeseburger & my OK milkshake. it was all down hill after that for my experience. I will never eat there again but I might way into the future get another OKAY ? milkshake from them. But I can say with 100% certainty that I will not visit there again this year. I am just hugely disappointed with there food choices, service and the taste of thier food more importantly. I vote a big "NO" and "1-Star" on the restaurant and experience. Thank you have a great day.
