Was a wonderful dinner with our friends and loved the shareable plates. There wasn't one thing we ordered that we didn't like. From the hummus to the chicken Shawarma to the cocktails, it was delicious.
I can say without hesitancy that the dinner that I had with my husband was outstanding. Given the restaurant's name and unassuming location, we did not expect such elevated dining. Traditional Israeli/Mediterranean dishes were presented with imagination and full of flavor. A true test, the falafel had a perfect crunch and fluffy chickpea inside. First time to this restaurant with the very odd name. We weren't sure what to expect. The food is phenomenally good!! We tried several dishes, plus quizzed the neighboring tables about their choices. All great. The wine list exposed us to unusual sources but really good. Greece, Slovenia, others. The service was very attentive, although a little unpredictable. The noise level is very high.
