Since visiting Shanghai, we look for Sheng Jian Bao every time we go to a city that might have it. For us, these hit the spot really well. The food was good, but after I paid and left a nice tip, i asked if I could get my meal to go. In a rude manner the woman said they dont have any to go boxes, after while eating my meal I noticed they have to go service with Uber and doordash. To me that sounds like you have to go boxes. Was not happy with the service and did not feel welcomed.
Ordered the vegetarian dumplins. They were cooked just right with right amount of crisp on the bottom. They were sizeable so and order of 6 fed two of us. The filling was a nice mix of seasoning. Go light on the soy sauce as it is salty.
