Typically open until 9, winter hours til 8, but arrived at 7:37p and the open sign was off and the door was locked. I assume this means there was a single employee who had an emergency of some kind. It would be outstanding for a location to be able to be opened during its business hours.

Bad customer services. Make a wrong order, promise to redo and changed decision, i paid extra for their drink all the time . The drinks just keeps going down on their qualities and now customer services are below exceptional

First time visiting this place. We got the Hokkaido milk tea and the mango green tea. Overall the drinks were tasty, the boba was just right 🙂 and we only waited a few minutes for our drinks. The person assisting us was friendly.
The space is cozy, there are several spots to sit down and enjoy your drinks and snack. They also have board games.
Definitely coming back to try other flavors!

I don't typically leave reviews but I stopped in today and was not impressed. The two people working were nice enough. After my friends and I ordered two people came in and walked into the back but they didn't seem like they worked there? They were both wearing bikini tops and walked behind the counter. It took a normal amount of time to get my drink but my friends drinks took almost 20 minutes. Only to find out one of the workers had made them and didn't put them on the counter or say anything. The other worker also didn't know they were made so he was trying to make them as well. I don't know if the first worker was just excited to see their friends that came in or what. Our drinks also ended up being very unpleasant so we all tossed them in the trash.

I come in often because the drinks are very good. My daughter just turned 16 and wanted to work there because it’s close to her school but after a year of getting drinks here I’ve noticed the woman who runs the place seems very rude to her workers. They always seem stressed and are always rushing around well she’s constantly berating them and I can tell other costumers are disturbed as well. But over all very cozy shop and good drinks

One of the best Bubble Tea place! Cozy and comfortable place to come hang out. The bubbles tea are delicious. The staffs are very nice! The service is fast! Kids love it.
There are very few vegan options and the one I selected (the taro fresh milk tea with oat milk) was not very good. My sister was also disappointed with her drink. It was pretty humid inside and the staff weren't particularly friendly. Will not be returning.
