The waitress Trinh greeted us right away and made us feel at ease. This being Our first dessert date Trinh helped make our dining experience special by just being personal. She also made sure to do a 5 minute check with us after we had been served. I was so pleased with our service I decided to go back and leave a comment card regarding our experience at Shari's Restaurant. Please ask for Trinh at Shari's and make sure to tip her well.

Vegetarian options: There wasn't much I could eat. I ended up having appetizers that were just kind of ok. The pie was outstanding everything else was a little disappointing. Service was great

Food was horrible and over salted. Manager was overwhelmed because everyone called out and was on her cell phone our entire meal. I know she meant well. She was super nice to not charge me for my meal. I'd go back, not on a major holiday and give them another chance.

Live bugs crawling on the window, tomatoes in my salad were sour. The chicken on my burger was rubbery and the bun was soggy. Definitely feel like it was micowaved. The meat on my daughters burger was dry and hard. Reminds me of cardboard. The waitress was great. Feel the issue is the cook staff. Just Not a good place.

Went here 4 times trying to order breakfast with meat hidden in my veggie omelet every time. Now even just walking by it sucks because the workers ignore the 10 ft smoking rule and smoke at the front door. Cigarette ends linning the ground so we get to walk through their ash tray. Thanks ft blowing smoke at my toddler ya clowns.

I just want to give a big shout out to Heather!! I had missing items from a delivery order. When I came down to pick up missing items she was a super sweetheart about the whole situation. She is my hero now! Thank you Heather, I just wanted pancakes on a lazy Sunday.

I didn't know that having a disability that requires a registered service animal was a problem last I checked they're allowed to go anywhere with you. I've been in several restaurants with mine up until today. Mind you it is Christmas morning. Miss Jennifer over at sharis decided to kick out, not only myself my kid & significant other. On literally Christmas Morning!! I know my review is late but I guess it's been than never!
