Shari's Cafe and Pies

They were out of most things , the food took forever , when I did get my food it was wrong. Usually shari's is really good. Not today.. take the 20 minute drive to Denny's.

The A/C wasn't working on this hot summer day. Our service was lame and the food was ok. Visiting from Hawaii so if I go back to the PNW I'll try a different location.

We had a quiet lunch visit, virtually no other customers that we saw. Our waitress was wonderful (and patient when we needed) and we appreciated her! My biscuits and gravy were nearly room-temp but my companion's eggs Benedict were perfect.
They're very accommodating of mobility issues and I noticed what I call a wheelchair table, if that's a concern. If you're temperature sensitive, note that during our visit it was 79*F inside. Kudos to staff who deal with it!

Food was good but the service was excellent. Wish I could remember her name by our waitress was amazing. Very friendly and was a joy to work with.

I had a wonderful post event evening with a new friend at this location. Our server was exceptionally polite, allowing us to have a peaceful conversation with our dessert.

It’s pretty disappointing just how down hill Sharis has gotten over the years. Stood at the entrance for at least 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged even though 3 servers had made eye contact. Clearly a staff member had brought their child to work, and he appeared to be bored since he was running amok behind the counter and licking the glass case where the pies are kept. We waited quite a while for our drinks and food and once the food was brought to us, the portioning was ridiculous for what they charge and the toast was not toasted. I even sent it back and once it was brought back, it still wasn’t toasted which to me indicates they don’t put it in an actual toaster and instead is made on the griddle. The grease on the bread indicated that. This place is a disappointment and Ashley the location manager, should be embarrassed by her leadership because this isn’t the first time we’ve had this experience here. And we surely won’t be back.The only positive thing I can actually say is that our server Kimberly was nice.

Great service for Easter breakfast and a clean dining area, the food however left something to be desired; the eggs benidict was very sweet almost like a velvetta and the gluten free pancakes were a miss this time around.

One of the worst ever. Don't go here.Bowl of watery cold potato soup $7.99.French dip and fries were at least hot.I waited a long time for:1. Seating (there were only 2 tables with customers).2. Waitress to bring drink or soup.3. Never got the check. Walked up and waited for it at the register.Guy walked in behind me finally left because there was no one greeting and seating. Seriously bad all around.

Service was pretty good. Biscuits and gravy pretty bland no taste lots of pepper still blah.

Foul smell. Excellent customer service.Food came back good.When leaving I went to the restroom and mold was crowding the lock in my stall. I have a picture, it won't allow me to post.
