i’ve been going to simply thai for 6 years (ever since i moved into the neighborhood) and the lady that makes the food there is so nice and welcoming. her food is the best thai food i’ve ever had!!! 10/10 reccomend u need to go here

May (the owner) is the freakin BEST ❤️I used to get her food all the time and it was my favorite Thai food. Haven’t been back for a while since moving away, but one of these days I hope to catch her!
Not great, not good, but okay pineapple fried rice. Nice lady. It's a food cart/truck so we ate at a nicely covered table. The portion size was good.

Best Thai in Portland! Everything tastes so fresh and flavorful. The meat is tender. We end up at this spot weekly. Our go tos are yellow curry chicken, cashew chicken, pad see ew with beef, and Thai iced tea. To top it off, May the owner is the absolute sweetest.
