A walk up Oak got us to Sizzle Pie and a Gluten Free "Bomber" with cup and char pepperoni. The EDM vibe was tight, a steady crowd in and out on this 70 degree day. The crew was 5-star. Couldn't be happier with the attentiveness and pleasant demeanors. Super helpful and they made the visit. The toppings were fantastic, great sauce to cheese to pepperoni ratio. Wouldn't change a thing, this group knows pizza. The GF pie crust missed. By a fair amount. Undercooked. We sent it back to finish the cut because the slices didn't separate. Figured out why, believing a couple of more minutes in the oven would have achieved nirvana. As out of towners, we may not go out of our way to make it back. Love the crew though.

The quality bar next door also serves the pizza but it is SUPER small, like 3 or 4 little tables and the bar itself has like 6 or 8 seats. The bartender was super cute and nice, he made me one of his signature cocktails (which was delicious!!) even though they were closing in 10 mins. I will absolutely be back when I visit again because the pizza was some of the best I have ever had!

This place sells pizza by the slice. It's a nice thing pizza like NY. But it's hit or miss. I got pizza before it was busy and it was excellent. Then I got pizza when it was a lunch rush and it was super overheated and the cheese was rubbery. I recommend this spot for pizza for sure. But hopefully they don't give you the old pizza that's been reheating too long.

The pizza slices that were premade for buy a slice as you walk by were horrifyingly gross looking. I don't think they swapped those out since the day before. The service was awful, as we were standing in line, we watched the guy use his gloved hands to touch the food, the plate, the register, and utensils, wipe his brown and credit card transactions, all without swapping gloves. I will not be surprised when they get someone sick. We walked away without eating.

After seeing all the reviews about Sizzle, I had to try it for myself. Closest to a NY slice you'll find in the Pacific northwest, even if that wasn't their intent. Even the sauce was great. Would recommend.

While André 3000 might have said that what's cooler than cool is "ice cold," I would humbly put forth Sizzle Pie as something cooler than cool and ice cold. Like the decor, the pizza is off-beat. There are traditional pies like cheese and pepperoni, but there are also adventurous pies. Perhaps one of the nicest things is that you can get a "cut," which is a less expensive and smaller slice to allow you to sample as many slices as you want. Great spot for a fast, cheap, fun bite to eat.

Register gal slighted me for not tipping on a two dollar order taken at the register. The entitlement…. Slice is in the ny fashion, but not as good as NYC. Or Boston. Or Philly…. Won’t head back due to rude staff.
