Another great cheap fast Thai cart. Kind of Irregular hours but that's how it is for lots of food carts. I just went w/ my classic Thai choice of the spicy basil stir fry. He just had chicken, & tho I usually prefer pork I like that he only had one choice which means maybe the meat is marinated instead of just tossed raw into the dish at the last minute. It was very tender & flavorful & generous portion for $13. The green beans were nice and crunchy too. It could've been a bit spicier but the spice level in portland seems to be lower everywhere so not gonna fault em for that but it could've been a bit more basily. Still good tho.

So delicious & very kind service! Thank you for the wonderful food & thai tea! :)

The basil chicken and phad se ew was too sweet. Maybe for American taste buds. As someone who makes these type of dishes often, I am not impressed. The phad se ew was so dry and sad. Wednesday evening food pod in Alberta neighborhood in Portland was disappointing. Nothing great was open for service.

Everything was either extremely undercooked or overcooked and we ended up throwing away $70 worth of food. The only thing that was edible was the Thai iced tea. Everything was also extremely cold even though we only live 2 minutes away from here and it still took an insanely long amount of time to “cook”

Love the tofu larb and curry puffs and also all the other things on the menu :)

Such a great hidden gem! Everything is good and the spicy level is flavourful not butthole busting! Seriously nothing bad on the menu! I've had the pad Kee mao and the pad Thai! Great food truck!

I'd like to make a positive review for Sky Kitchen. The proprietor was super friendly, he was open on a day when many of the other carts were closed, and the menu looked solid. Unfortunately, I'd just say the food was ok, not great. I had a chicken Pineapple Fried Rice. Taste was maybe 6/10, and it was fairly greasy.

Awesome flavors, and the medium spicy curry was actually spicy unlike most thai places in pdx! Very fresh and delicious.

Incredibly flavorful!! One of the best Thai places I've been to for sure! I can't believe it's only $10 for this quality food. The yellow curry is also 5 stars. I can't recommend enough!
Ordered the tofu (vegan, i.e., without egg) pad kee mao (drunken noodle) ($9) for a casual meal one afternoon. There was nobody else in site, but it still took a good 15-20 mins to get my food. Once I had it, it was quite tasty - big portions with delicious noodles and lots of vegetables. On the sweet side and only minorly spicy. For some reason, they were blasting cringeworthy Christian rock out front -- I don't need to hear shitty Jesus tunes when eating Thai food, thanks. All in all, tasty food even if it took a while to get.

Had Pad See Ew, Tom Kha and Pad Cashew Nut with tofu several times - all were great! Pad Thai was also tasty but the noodles were not quite the way I like.
